Find Ingram Court Dockets

To run an Ingram court docket search, start with your citation and the Ingram city clerk. Ingram does not publish a broad online party index, so the Municipal Court page and a clerk call do most of the work. Confirm the issuing court, the citation number, the appearance date, and the current status before you act on anything. A posted date list is not a full case register. Tickets written by county or state officers may actually belong to a Justice of the Peace court, and more serious or civil matters go through the Kerr County courts.

Ingram Docket Check Sequence

Keep an Ingram docket check anchored to Ingram itself. Pull the Ingram citation first. Match its court name and date against the Ingram city page. Then phone the Ingram clerk for anything the paper trail leaves open. The public list gives only general dates. The clerk can tie one date to one specific Ingram citation. FastGovPay handles Ingram payments. But it does not publish the full Ingram docket, so treat a payment receipt as proof of payment and nothing more.

Log the date of every Ingram check you make. Keep your Ingram notice, your receipt, and any clerk response in one folder. When the status shifts, let the newest official Ingram response drive your next move. That habit stops a paid Ingram fine from looking like a finished case history. It also keeps a stale date list from overriding a later Ingram court notice.

Ingram Citation Source Trail

Keep an Ingram search tied to Ingram sources. Pull out the citation first. Match its court name and date against the city page, then call the Ingram clerk. The public list only shows general dates. The clerk can tie one of those dates to your specific citation. FastGovPay handles Ingram payments, but it does not publish the full Ingram docket.

Log every contact you make with each Ingram source. Keep the notice, any receipt, and the clerk's response in one place. If your Ingram status changes, let the most recent official response guide the next step. That habit stops a payment screen from standing in for a full case history and keeps a stale date list from overriding a newer notice.

Searching the Ingram Court Docket

For a city citation, begin with the official Ingram Municipal Court page. The court offers no separate public citation lookup or searchable party docket. What the page does provide is court dates, contact details, and payment routes. Skip the Kerr County Odyssey portal here. Municipal records sit apart from the county court categories.

  1. Read the court name and citation number from the ticket.
  2. Compare the appearance information with the city’s current dates.
  3. Call 830-367-5115 and give the clerk the citation details.
  4. Choose mail, counter, phone, drop box, or online payment only after reviewing the case option.
  5. If the citation names a JP precinct, contact that precinct instead.

Hold on to the original paper citation. The Ingram clerk can confirm a specific setting that the public date list cannot.

Ingram Has No Party Index

The city's upcoming-date list is not a full Ingram court docket. There is no name search, no complete set of filed events, and no status history. FastGovPay is only a payment channel. You reach it through the Citation button, and it is not a public research database. That difference matters when a date is missing. It also matters if you want a copy of the record rather than a payment screen.

Call the clerk with your citation number. Give your full name as printed, the appearance date, the issuing agency, and a current phone or email. Do not send a Social Security number or other private data unless the court's own process requires it. Ask whether the matter is filed. Ask whether the next event is set, and whether a copy can be supplied.

Direct answer: Use the Ingram clerk for case status; use the public city list only to see announced municipal court dates.

Ingram Municipal Court Basics

Ingram Municipal Court handles Class C offenses under transportation, penal, education, health and safety, and alcoholic beverage laws, plus city ordinances. These are fine-level municipal matters. Judge Brenna Green presides. Kaylynn Young is the clerk.

You will find the court at 230 Highway 39, Ingram, Texas 78025. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 830-367-5115 or fax 830-367-3175. Use these details only for the city court. Never use them for a Kerr County district, county, or JP file.

Ingram Dates Need Confirmation

The city has published trial dates of September 18 and November 20, 2026. It has also set January 15, 2027. Treat those as tentative. Court calendars change without notice. Before you drive anywhere, confirm your date on the current city page and with the clerk.

The official Ingram source shows the city's published dates and payment choices.

The city's own page backs up the Ingram date route. Its static content also shows why a phone check with the clerk still helps.

Court Dates and Settings in Ingram

Your individual notice beats the published list. It names the case or citation and may give an appearance time, the type of event, and instructions. When a later signed notice conflicts with the web list, call the clerk instead of guessing which one wins.

CourtConfirm that the notice says Ingram Municipal Court.
Citation numberThe key the clerk and phone-payment route use to locate the matter.
Date and timeThe scheduled appearance information, subject to court confirmation.
ChargeThe cited Class C or ordinance allegation, not a finding of guilt.
StatusWhether the matter is filed, set, paid, contested, or otherwise acted upon.

A setting is only a planned event. It does not prove a hearing happened or that the charge was resolved.

Ingram Payment Channels Compared

Ingram gives you more ways to pay than to search. Mail and in-person payments go to 230 Highway 39. Checks and money orders are payable to the City of Ingram, and an after-hours drop box is available. Pay by phone with your citation number and card. You can also pay online through FastGovPay, which may add a vendor service fee.

Ask what plea or waiver follows a payment before you send money. Then keep proof and verify that it posted.

Traffic Tickets in Ingram

Where does an Ingram traffic ticket actually live? Not always in Ingram Municipal Court. A city officer's Class C or ordinance citation goes to the municipal court, but a sheriff or state trooper ticket may belong to a Kerr County JP precinct instead. Check the issuing court printed on the ticket before anything else, because that name sets your first route.

Each JP court publishes its own contacts and forms, and some post weekly PDF dockets. A JP list is not an Ingram party search. The city's date list is not a JP calendar. Calling the wrong office can stall an option or a payment, so read the court name, judge or precinct, citation number, and appearance instructions together as one set.

Note: The place of the stop does not select the clerk; the court named on the citation is the best routing clue.

Ingram Judgment Payment Deadline

Ingram's city page lays out one fee rule. Pay a judgment in full within 30 days or a $25 fee applies per case. That is a post-judgment rule only. It does not attach to simply receiving a citation. It does not attach to waiting on a court date either.

Payment-plan questions belong with the clerk. Ask for the judgment date, the balance, and the due date. Also ask about any added fee and accepted payment methods. Find out what a planned payment will do. A vendor service fee sits apart from the city's stated per-case fee. Confirm current amounts and eligibility with the city page, since it controls.

Deadline check: Contact the Ingram clerk before 30 days after judgment if the amount cannot be paid in full.

Where Ingram Cases Go

Ingram Municipal Court takes the city's Class C and ordinance cases. Everything else routes through Kerr County courts: felony, misdemeanor, civil, family, probate, and guardianship. A state or county citation begins in the Justice Court precinct written on the ticket.

Docket flow: Ingram Municipal Court › Kerr County Courts › District Court

This is a jurisdiction map, not a promise that municipal cases climb upward. The District Clerk holds the district records. Those cover felony and civil cases. County Court at Law misdemeanors sit with the County Clerk. Assigned county records sit there too. Appeals from the region go to the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals. When resolving a city citation, keep the county detail brief.

Current Ingram Sources Beat Directories

Texas publishes an official municipal-court directory. It can confirm Ingram has a court, an address, and a phone. Directories go stale, though. Staff and local procedures change faster than a state list does. So let the current city page lead. Rely on it for Judge Brenna Green, clerk Kaylynn Young, published dates, and payment instructions.

Note the date of any comparison you make. If the directory and the city source disagree, call 830-367-5115. Do not mix details from both. That matters most for event dates and named personnel. A working contact beats an official-looking name that no longer applies.

One caution on numbers: Ingram's official 2010 Census count was 1,804. Do not set that beside a later Kerrville estimate. The two do not describe the same year or the same count. Population vintage adds city context and nothing more. It tells you nothing about current municipal filing volume.

Ingram Court Record Access Rules

Public access has limits. An Ingram citation entry or setting may be open. Parts of the file can still stay protected. Do not reproduce full birth dates or license numbers. The same goes for Social Security numbers and home addresses. Juvenile details, victim data, and sealed material stay off limits too. The court record tracks procedure and status, not a person's complete history.

Texas boundary: Texas courts open-records policy distinguishes case records from judicial administrative records and ordinary Texas Public Information Act routes.

For the municipal record, go through the clerk. County Odyssey covers county case categories, so it is no substitute here. Remember what an entry means: a charge is an allegation, a setting is planned court work, and payment or judgment carries its own legal effect.

Confirm an Ingram Court Date

Before calling, gather a few things. Have the citation number and your name as printed. Add the issuing agency and the listed appearance date to your notes. Call during published office hours. Have the clerk repeat the date, time, location, and case status. Write down the source and the date you checked.

Mail or drop-box filings need time for delivery and posting. Pay by phone or FastGovPay? Keep the receipt and ask when the court will recognize the payment. If you request a payment plan, never assume the request pauses a deadline. Confirmation is what bridges a general Ingram date list to your individual case.

Note: A dated clerk confirmation is the best safeguard when the city list, citation, and payment screen do not show the same status.
